Failed to Connect to Server
If you are having problems connecting to the server, follow the solutions for the most frequent problems below:
You could be using the wrong IP address
IPs in the format br123.urubuhost.com:12345
cannot be used to connect to the server. By default, all UrubuHost servers run on a reverse proxy solution with a protected IP.
To correct this problem, you need to log in with the IP chosen at the time of purchase. You can also follow our tutorials on Creating a Connection IP or Setting Up Your Own Domain.
The IP with the format br123.urubuhost.com:12345
has no external connection. You can only use it for internal connections (e.g. connecting a database, setting up a server on BungeeCord/Velocity, etc.).
You must use the main server
Only main servers are public and connectable. They are also the destination servers when you create a connection IP address.
To fix this problem, you will need to change your proxy server (BungeeCord/Velocity) to the first server listed in the Servers
tab on the left of the panel.
In the image above, you can see how the main server Velocity
has a different icon from the secondary servers Lobby
and Survival
.
You may not have selected the correct version for your server
It is necessary to set the correct version for your server in the Versions
tab on the left of the panel. The version of the main server is automatically set when you purchase a new plan.
In the image above, you can see how the main server Velocity
(server name) has the Velocity
version (server platform) configured correctly.
nAntiBot has not been installed
You need to install the plugin nAntiBot (recommended) or some mod HAProxy message interpreter on your primary server.
